Decree no. 2021-663, published in the Official Journal of France on May 27th 2021, implements Article 29 of the French Law on Energy and Climate. In particular,
in Article 1 of the Decree, the standards on information disclosure that entities are obliged to procure are defined. Article 3.6 stipulates the disclosure of information on entities strategies for aligning with the international climate change limitation objectives set out in the Paris Agreement.
