Physical Land Use and Planning Act 2019

This act seeks to establish guidelines on the preparation and implementation of physical and  land use development plans and to provide a framework for the equitable and sustainable management of land use in Kenya. It requires climate change to be accounted for within the situational analysis of any national, inter-county and county physical and use development plans.
