<p>This is the Executive Order on compensation for compliance with minimum requirements for the use of and subsidies for additional voluntary use of methane-reducing feed in 2026. It compensates for compliance with minimum requirements for the use of methane-reducing feed and provide subsidies for additional voluntary use of methane-reducing feed for conventional dairy cows with a view to achieving a general reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from the digestive system of dairy cows.</p>
