Climate relevant amendment

This law establishes the right to live in a pollution-free environment, the protection of the environment, the preservation of nature and the conservation of environmental heritage.&nbsp;<br><br>Article 70 notably charges the relevant ministry to propose policies and formulate plans, programs and action plans on climate change. In the exercise of this competence, it must collaborate with the different bodies of the State Administration at the national, regional and local levels in order to be able to determine its effects, as well as the establishment of the necessary adaptation and mitigation measures.<br><br>In 2022, there are parliamentary projects that are seeking to make entities performing environmental impact assessment to also consider the variable of climate change.
