<li>This document sets out the government's adaptation strategy for the period 2018-2023. A set of adaptation measures are proposed in the fields of energy, infrastructure, water management, urban environment management, agriculture, etc. The plan notably outlines strategies to: expand awareness on the object of energy savings and the expansion of decentralised solar energy;</li>
<li>expand biomass power plants taking into account aspects of sustainability in the framework for the national review of the EU climate change agreement</li>
<li>adjust building standards in extreme weather conditions</li>
<li>develop infrastructure and initiative measures to reduce vulnerability.</li>
</ol>
<p>These strategies will be implemented by each ministry within their existing means.</p>
