<p>This Plan was adopted in 2012, for the period 2013-2020. It outlines Bulgaria's framework to combat climate change, in acccordance with international obligations (UNFCCC and Kyoto Protocol) and EU legislation. It sets national measures to meet EU targets and aims to achieve at least 18.5% reduciton in greenhouse gas emissions copmared to 2005 levels by 2020. <br>&nbsp;</p>
