2023–2028 RGC Pentagonal Strategy Phase I

The 2023–2028 RGC Pentagonal Strategy Phase I delineates the fundamental initiatives that shall be executed over the subsequent five years to effectuate a transformation of Cambodia into a high-income economy by 2050. Initiatives include strengthening environmental sustainability and climate change response, including establishing legal frameworks and/or roadmaps fordeveloping public financial products, such as state securities, state green securities, state climate securities, and state social securities, to promote public investtnent and prioritised sectors; research and development of climate-resilient crops, animal breeds and aquaculture; and boosting water infrastructure to respond to climate change.
