Decree No. 2013-163 (Flood Zones)
Summary
This Decree defines the attributions of the Minister Restructuring and Development of Flood Zones. The Minister should prepare and implement the policy defined by the Head of State in the areas of restructuring and urban development flooding areas, and resettlement through the promotion of social housing.
