This decree stipulates that the level of greenhouse gas emissions from a heating or domestic hot water production equipment must be less than 300 gCO2eq / kWh NCV. This de facto sets the end of new coal- and fuel oil-powered heating devices in residential buildings.
The provisions of this article are applicable to the construction of new buildings for which the application for a building permit is submitted after July 1, 2022 and to existing buildings for which the work mentioned in I is undertaken after July 1, 2022.
