Summary

This plan aims to implement green and low-carbon principles in all consumption activities. It seeks to develop strategies helping to streamline the green consumption concept and promote high-quality development. It is formulated in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Carbon Peak Action Plan before 2030" and notably focuses on "green electricity".

The document is  associated to another policy published through notice 53 and that stipulates that the government will lift restrictions to the purchase of "new energy vehicles' (NEV) and will boost the installation of charging points across the country. NEV include electric, hydrogen, and low-emission gasoline passenger vehicles.
