The purpose of this law is to update the Nicaraguan Legal Digest for the Energy and Mining sectors, by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and consolidating the legal framework.
Article 3: Valid Norms The legal norms listed in Annex I (Register of Valid Norms) and Annex IV (Register of Consolidated Norms) are declared valid, and the texts of the norms that underwent the consolidation process are approved.
Article 5: Norms without Validity or Historical Rights The norms listed in Annex III (Register of Norms without Validity or Historical Rights) are declared invalid.
