Law no. 88 'On energy saving'
Summary
This law determines objectives of energy savings and efficiency, and defines a legal and regulatory framework accordingly. It covers the sectors of production, conversion, transfer, storage, distribution and use of fuel and energy resources, in the corporate, private and public spheres (art. 2).
