This strategy aims to establish the foundations of sustainable development by 2025 through the rational management of natural resources, the improvement of governance, the development and modernisation of infrastructure and basic social services, as well as the diversification of its economy. It is based on four strategic axes: 1) Rational management of natural resources, 2) improve governance; 3) Develop and modernise the country's infrastructure and basic social services, and 4) diversify the economy.
