Summary

This document approves measures to reinforce the protection of energy consumers and to contribute to the reduction of natural gas consumption in application of the "Plan + security for your energy (+SE)", as well as measures regarding the remuneration of personnel in the service of the public sector and the protection of temporary agricultural workers affected by the drought. It amends a range of existing documents. Climate-related clauses include: Article 22 amends corporation tax law 27/2014 to integrate a freedom of amortisation in investments that use energy from renewable sources. Chapter VIII introduces measures regarding the remuneration of public sector personnel and the protection of temporary agricultural workers affected by the drought. Article 20 on saving and energy efficiency in outdoor lighting introduces changes to technical requirements for such devices. these include the introduction of an energy efficiency label that notably accounts for predicted annual carbon dioxide emissions.
