Summary

This Royal Decree approves the Flood Risk Management Plan of the Galicia-Costa Hydrographic Demarcation. The actions promoted by the General State Administration and provided for in the Flood Risk Management Plan of the Galicia-Costa Hydrographic Demarcation will be submitted, prior to its completion, to an analysis of its technical, economic and environmental feasibility. In any case, these actions will be subject to the current regulations on evaluation.The structure of the plan should consist of a report with eleven chapters and four annexes which must contain the . following information: Characterisation of areas of significant potential flood risk (ARPSIs); Description of the program of measures; Summary of public information and consultation processes and their results; List of competent authorities.
