Through this decision, the government approves the plan for the implementation of a set of measures to improve the state regulation of greenhouse gas emissions and prepare for ratification of the Paris Agreement. The federal executive bodies responsible for the implementation of the plan shall ensure its implementation within the budgetary allocations provided for them in the federal budget for the relevant financial year. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Russia shall control the implementation of the plan and submit information on the progress of its implementation to the Government of the Russian Federation annually until April 1.
