Energy (Energy Management) Regulations 2025

<p>This policy, which succeeds the 2012 Energy Management Regulations, informs energy management requirements for all facilities (e.g. commercial, industrial, institutional) whose energy consumption exceeds 180,000 kWh/year. It mandates regular energy audits and performance monitoring, the appointment of certified energy managers, and establishes compliance thresholds, reporting requirements, and performance benchmarks.</p>
