This Action Plan sets out the analysis of the current scenario, the targets, the schedule, the strategy and measures, and the expected results for greenhouse gas emissions in the energy sector.
The First Phase Action Plan sets energy efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions targets. The Second Phase sets more ambitious targets.
Measures include promoting renewable energy technology; wind energy; geothermal energy; low-carbon energy efficiency; and cabon capture.
