This law introduces a reform of the National Fund of Electricity (FNE). It sets up a National Sustainable Energy Fund (FNED) intended to contribute to the financing of electricity infrastructure development projects in rural and peri-urban areas, based on renewable energies and the promotion of energy efficiency, and on from which financial aids and tools are taken for the operators holding Declarations, Authorization Contracts or Concessions.
