This order was published following the agreement of the Council of Ministers of May 22, 2022. It approves the Plan of energy saving and efficiency measures of the General State Administration and the entities of the state institutional public sector that is attached as an annex. It takes rationalising measures aiming at saving energy and producing energy from renewable sources, notably to allow for auto-consumption.
