<p>The goal of this policy is to accelerate the replacement of old and polluting cars by providing incentives to buy cleaner vehicles (new or used) in exchange for scrapping the old ones. The scheme offers from 2,500€, up to 6,000€ for the purchase of a new/used, less polluting vehicle. Are considered EVs, hybrids, diesel and gasoline.</p>
