This document regulates vessel pollution under the <a href="https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/c-10.15/page-1.html#h-50796">Canada Shipping Act </a>of 2001. The document includes 1) rules on certification of GHG emissions for new diesel engines 2) a disposition on granting International Energy Efficiency Certificates to vessels that meet requirements set under&nbsp;chapter 4 of Annex VI to MARPOL.&nbsp;<br><br><br>
