Summary
This document makes the fifth amendment to the Statutes of the Energy Services Regulatory Authority set out in Decree-Law no. 172/2006. It establishes the legal regime applicable to the activities of generation, storage, transport, distribution and trading of electricity and related activities. It defines the regulatory framework on self-generation of energy and to increase the share of renewable sources in the overall energy mix.
