Summary

This Decree regulates the mechanism for direct electricity trading between renewable energy power generators and large electricity consumers, via dedicated power transmission lines and under fixed-term electricity supply contracts.

Electricity companies may not exceed 20% of the total electricity generated. The purchase and sale price of solar power shall be the average market price of electricity for the preceding consecutive month, as published by the Electricity Regulatory Authority and the Electricity Exchange, and shall not exceed the maximum price of the prescribed price range.
