The 2018-2025 PND is structured around the following major themes: (i) human capital and the well-being of populations; (ii) economic productivity and competitiveness; iii) environment, climate change and territorial development, and iv) governance. Through this architecture, it expresses the urgency of proceeding with an integrated approach to solutions to current development challenges and constitutes a favorable framework for the consolidation and sustainability of the achievements of the Government's Action Program ( PAG) 2016-2021.
