This order modifies the order issued on October 6 2021 that lays out the conditions for the purchase of electricity produced by installations located on buildings, hangars, or shade houses using photovoltaic solar energy, with a peak installed power of less than or equal to 500 kilowatts as referred to in 3° of the article D. 314-15 of the energy code and located in mainland France.
