This Supreme Decree authorises the signing of a credit agreement with the French Development Agency (AFD) to finance the "Programme to Support Sustainable Economic Recovery and Climate Change Resilience in Bolivia", in accordance with Law No. 300 (Framework Law of Mother Earth and Integral Development for Living Well), which mandates the Plurinational State of Bolivia to formulate and implement policies and programmes for integral development in harmony with Mother Earth (art. 10 No.3).
