Act 18323/2021 on Promotion of Development and Distribution of Environment-Friendly Motor Vehicles

This act promotes the development and distribution of electric vehicles, solar-powered vehicles, hybrid vehicles, hydrogen vehicles, and other technologies that meet environmental standards. It charges the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy to establish a master plan, and an implementation plan, to promote the development and distribution of environment-friendly motor vehicles every five years.
