Summary

This Act sets a binding target of 33% in 2030 for the share of energy from renewable sources in gross final energy consumption in the Republic of Slovenia. Also, it determines that the share of energy from renewable sources in gross final energy consumption in the Republic of Slovenia may not be less than the starting share of 25%.
