Air Protection Law

This law addresses climate change mitigation, adaptation, and protection on the ozone layer. There are numerous climate change-related regulations and ordinances promulgated under it, such as the Regulation on the establishment of the Commission for inter-sectoral coordination of policies and measures to mitigate and adapt to climate change (2014) and the Regulation on the method of greenhouse gas emissions trading (2012).
