The Climate Change Financing Framework (CCFF) identifies sources of climate finance and potential trends over the next five to ten years and uses the estimate to propose a realistic costing of the country's climate change response. It provides a first estimate of the impacts of climate change on the economy and analyses how climate-smart investments can help reduce these impacts.
The CCFF provides guidance to improve management of climate finance from domestic and international sources.
