Summary
This Decree defines the attributions and organisation of the Ministry for the Environment. The Ministry is notably charged of the rational management of renewable natural resources. It specifically has toto carry out strategic and prospective studies on the prevention and reduction of ecological risks in urbanization, equipment, transport, major infrastructures, rational use of energy resources and development of renewable energies.
