Decree No. 2012-1050 creating the National Authority of the Mechanism for a Clean Development (AN-CDM)

This decree establishes, allocates, organises and operates the National Authority of the Clean Development Mechanism (ND-CDM). Given the negative impacts of climate change, Côte d'Ivoire is committed to fighting greenhouse gas emissions from human activities through the ratification of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and by the ratification of the Kyoto Protocol of April 2007.
