This decree establishes, organises, allocates and operates the management bodies for the implementation of the process of reducing greenhouse gas emissions related to deforestation, forest degradation with Including the inclusion of sustainable forest management, biodiversity conservation and increased carbon stocks. Article 4 states that the national REDD committee is a steering and decision-making body for the REDD process.
