Decree No. 2016-862 on energy management
Summary
This Decree establishes the terms, conditions and obligations for the implementation of energy management. Its purpose is to to direct energy demand towards greater efficiency of the energy system in the context of national energy policy and national programs of the Government on energy efficiency and renewable energies. The control of energy must make it possible to ensure and encourage technological progress, and the improvement of economic efficiency.
