Decree No. 2021-1113 Regulating access to the forest carbon market

This decree regulates access to the forest carbon market, namely to regulate, and define procedures and standards on carbon law, governing the REDD+ mechanism, sharing carbon benefits, access to international forest carbon markets, and the financial management of carbon benefits during the implementation of programmes and initiatives that contribute to the reduction of emissions from deforestation and forest degradation, increase forest carbon stocks, and promotes sustainable forest management.
