This document was approved by decree no. 2377-VI of 2018. It seeks to enhance the country's mitigation, adaptation and disaster risk management actions. It notably states that the&nbsp;government will propose mechanisms for the creation of new investment funds (venture, green climate, trust, sovereign funds and development funds).
