Disaster risk management Act 2023 (Act No. 27)

The Disaster risk Management act, 2023, main objectives are to provide for disaster preparedness, risk reduction, response and recovery; to establish of the National Disaster Risk Management Committee and the National Disaster Risk Management Technical Sub-Committee; to establish of the office of Commissioner for Disaster Risk Management; and to address matters incidental thereto, enacted by the Parliament of Malaŵi.
