Environmental Impact Assessment Act

This Act sets out regulations for environmental assessments which comprise the identification, description, and evaluation of the significant effects of a project, plan, or programme on certain protected goods, such as the climate.


The Act was last amended in March 2023 together with a raft of other reforms.
