Art 127 of this law stipulates that the protection of animals and plants notably consists of afforestation, resuming or creating a cluster of vegetation, especially when they address the need to protect soil, animals, climate change and other needs related to the provision of biodiversity, natural equilibrium and meeting the needs of recreation and leisure activities.
