The Executive Decree 15-319 consists of the combination of the two special funds, the NFRE and the NFREC into the NFEEREC, and is further implemented by the Executive Decree No. 16-121 in 2016. The NFRE was centred around providing financial support for actions undertaken under the Renewable Energy and Efficiency Development Plan (2011-2030) and other renewable energy projects that met the requirements, whereas the NFREC provided supplementary financial law. Both of these laws combined into the NFREC are concerned with the management, monitoring, and evaluation of the trust account no. 302-313.
