Family farming law (legislative decree 814/2021)

The purpose of this Law is to establish the responsibilities of the State in the development of a legal framework that guides towards a sustainable production model of family, peasant and indigenous agriculture based on agroecology, resilient to climate change, that contributes to economic development, equity and social inclusion, as well as the comprehensive management of landscapes.
