Growth Acceleration Plan 2022-2026

This plan supports GDP growth and the post-pandemic recovery of the economy of North Macedonia. It makes provisions for the creation and promotion of green jobs through accelerating the energy transition to carbon neutrality and reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The plan sets out a Digital Economy Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Fund and a Hybrid Strategic Green Investment Fund, which aim to encourage investment in minority equity and quasi-equity stakes in green and digital start-ups and SMEs and in large enterprises and infrastructure, respectively.
