This document aims to contribute to the development of the national economy and securing public safety by establishing a foundation for promoting the implementation of the hydrogen economy, promoting systematic development of the hydrogen industry, and establishing matters related to the safety management of hydrogen.Article 6 creates the Hydrogen Economy Committee under leadership of the Prime Minister.
