Zambia's Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) is a power sector plan which aims to transform the power sector to become diverse, climate resilient, financially stable and capable of providing high quality and affordable service to customers countrywide. The IRP addresses climate change, environmental protection, job creation as well as gender and social inclusion.
