The Kiribati Development Plan 2024 - 2027 is the third development plan to implement the Kiribati Vision 2016 - 2036 of a sustainable healthier, wealthier and peaceful nation. KPA 4 focuses on ensuring development actions build environmental resilience to climatechange impacts, which Kiribati faces as a low-lying state. Actions span across building resilient infrastructure to increasing food security and preserving cultural heritage.
