This vehicle taxation Law sees official CO2 emissions accredited, as appropriate, by a certificate issued by the manufacturer or importer of the vehicle except where such issues appear on the technical inspection card or other official document issued individually to the vehicle in question.

The Law also requires information on fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
