Established the Moroccan Agency for Solar Energy, now the Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (MASEN) as a Public Private Partnership. MASEN was established to ensure the implementation of the Moroccan solar programme. The MASEN aims to achieve the development of integrated production of electricity from solar energy, with a minimum total capacity of 2,000 MW. MASEN ensures the management of the projects and is liable for the decisions taken within the projects.
