Law No. 2118-VIII on energy efficiency of buildings
Summary
This law requires the government housing and renewable energy agencies to develop guidelines for training on energy efficiency and conservation in buildings, and to develop technical regulations for energy efficiency. It also defines minimum energy efficiency requirements in buildings and creates an energy efficiency certification scheme.
