Law No. 6 of 2018 on Forestry
Summary
This act requires the Forestry Ministry to establish local forestry committees, issue regulations for permitting resource extraction from forests, requires the government to undertake reforestation measures after wildfires, allows the government to establish protected forest lands, and requires the Forest Ministry and Tourism Ministry to create a National Ecotourism System.
